2. Service Description

Botliva provides Twitch and Kick bot services, including (but not limited to) viewer bots, follow bots, chat interaction bots, and raid bots. These services are intended strictly for entertainment and promotional purposes.

3. No Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the services provided:

  • • All purchases are final and non-refundable.
  • • Once a service is activated, no cancellations or refunds will be granted.
  • • Subscription cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
  • • In case of wrong Package purchases, we can get the package refund within 1 hours and the amount will be refunded to your botliva account.

4. Service Limitations and Disclaimers

Botliva reserves the right to:

  • • Terminate or suspend services at any time, with or without prior notice.
  • • Modify, limit, or remove service features at its discretion.
  • • Ban or delete accounts found to be abusing the system or violating terms.

Important Notice

Botliva is not responsible for any consequences resulting from the use of our services, including but not limited to:

  • • Account suspension or bans by Twitch, Kick, or any other third-party platform
  • • Loss of followers, views, or stream/channel status
  • • Technical issues or platform-side errors
  • • Actions taken by automated moderation or other users

By using the Service, users agree to:

  • • Use the Service in accordance with all applicable laws and platform terms (e.g., Twitch ToS).
  • • Refrain from reverse engineering or tampering with the Service.
  • • Keep login credentials and access tokens confidential.
  • • Take full responsibility for any actions carried out through their account or usage of the service.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Botliva and its affiliates shall not be liable for:

  • • Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • • Loss of profits, data, or streaming platform privileges
  • • Any platform sanctions, suspensions, or account removals
  • • Service outages or performance issues

7. Rage Mode Blacklist

Users who feel disturbed by viewer surges caused by Rage Mode features may request to be blacklisted. Upon receiving a valid request via email or contact form, the user/channel will be excluded from Rage Mode targeting.

8. Changes to Terms

Botliva reserves the right to modify or update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be announced via email or website notifications. Continued use of the service after updates implies acceptance of the new terms.

9. Legal Liability and Data Disclosure

In the event of any legal complaint, dispute, or investigation related to service usage:

  • • The user is fully responsible for all consequences and liabilities.
  • • Botliva reserves the right to cooperate with legal authorities and share relevant data such as:
